• All appointments are made directly online.
• Please allow Mashia up to 48 hours to
respond to salon inquiries or concerns.
•Forms of payment debit | credit card all services require payment due at the time of booking.
• No extra guests or children allowed during your appointment.
• If you are sick please reschedule your appointment for the next available date and time.
• I can only allow a 10-minute grace period for punctuality and respect for my client's time, after 10 minutes without notice, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for the next available date and time.
• Cancellations not made within 48 hours require a $50 cancellation fee.
• For More than 3 consecutive cancellations full payment will be due at the time of the next booking.
• Clients are subject to a refund on salon services if by any chance Mashia Grazes has to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you (the customer) have to reschedule or cancel an appointment, the client is offered salon credit for up to 90 days to recover the appointment.

• No call No show renders in no future appointments.
• Please limit phone use while being serviced.
• As your preferred hairstylist, I want to ensure you have a great experience and leave happy and feeling your best with the requested services. If by any chance you are unhappy with your services please say so before leaving and together we will find a solution to make sure you leave happy and satisfied, feeling like your best self.
