Payment

• All services, packages, and treatment plans must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Add-ons (color, grey coverage) are paid at the time of service.
• Remaining balances can be paid by cash if preferred.
• We accept credit/debit cards for all payments.
• Prices are non-negotiable and reflect premium, results-driven care.

Appointments

• All appointments must be pre-booked before leaving the salon.
• Packages and treatment plans are structured to ensure consistent results; skipping or rescheduling sessions may affect results.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to maintain scheduling integrity.
• No children or extra guests are allowed during scheduled appointments to ensure a focused, premium experience.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• No-shows are not accepted. Missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that session or package credit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of package privileges.

Refunds

• All packages and treatment plans are non-refundable.
• Individual services outside of packages are priced separately and are non-refundable once completed.

Client Commitment

• Your hair results depend on consistent care. By booking a package or treatment plan, you agree to follow the recommended schedule.
• Any changes to your plan must be discussed directly with Mashia before the next appointment.

Professional Care

• All services include premium treatments such as detox cleanses, personalized shampoo & conditioning, red light or steam therapy, and styling prep.
• Clients are encouraged to follow at-home recommendations to maintain results between visits.

Comprehensive Hair & Scalp Assessment Policy

All clients are required to complete a Comprehensive Hair & Scalp Assessment prior to booking any service.

• The Comprehensive Hair & Scalp Assessment fee is $225
• Assessments are mandatory and paid in full upfront
• Assessment fees are non-refundable
• No service appointments will be scheduled without a completed assessment
• Assessment fees do not apply toward service costs unless explicitly stated

Each assessment includes:

• In-depth hair and scalp analysis
• Detox cleanse to remove buildup and environmental residue
• Red light therapy to support scalp health and circulation
• Personalized press or styling recommendations based on current hair and scalp condition

Assessment findings are used to determine service eligibility, treatment plans, and maintenance recommendations to ensure safe, effective, and results-driven care.
