This is a private, home-based hair care practice is serving women ages 21 + who are intentional about achieving and maintaining healthy hair. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞. No additional guests are allowed.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

Pets are not permitted inside the salon space. Please make arrangements for pets prior to arriving for your appointment.

Appointments must be booked according to the availability provided on the booking calendar. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞, as services are performed strictly within the scheduled appointment time.

𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬

All appointments must be secured with a 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

𝐀 48 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

Cancellations made and rescheduled within 90 days or result in forfeiture of pre-paid services. If Mashia Grazes by any chance has to cancel or reschedule your pre-paid services you the client are subjected to a full refund.

𝐍𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 - 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will  result in forfeiture to prepaid services and subjected to no refund.

𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬

Please arrive on time for your appointment. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 without notice must be rescheduled within 90-days failure to rebook within this time frame result in forfeiture to pre-paid service.

All services are performed with the health of your hair and scalp as the priority. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧. Additional treatments, services, or styling upgrades requested during your appointment may result in additional fees starting at $75.00

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 are final and non-refundable. Due to the time, products, and professional expertise provided during each appointment, refunds are not issued for services rendered.
